Loss Coaching
We often think of loss in terms of death. And while this may be the case, loss could also be the result of an ended relationship, relocation, being made redundant, a natural disaster, infertility, miscarriage, mental illness, a chronic disease or other loss of health.
What counts is your personal story of loss and how you are experiencing it.
During your coaching sessions you will have the space and attention to process the emotions that may surface. Goals and actions are handled with the upmost care.
A goal for one person may be to get out of bed every morning or to ensure they have eaten something. Just because it’s not big, doesn’t mean it’s not hard work. You have the full support of your coach as you move towards your own personal goals.
If at any point I feel that you may benefit from the professional support of a psychotherapist to assist you in your grieving process then it is my ethical duty to communicate this to you.
