Caregiver Support Coaching

 

When you become a caregiver it's often not out of personal choice. This task has landed upon you and you pick it up in the best way you know how.

The life of a caregiver can be a lonely one and caregiver burnout is very real. You may also be experiencing the "living loss" of a loved one and already in a grieving process.

Having a coach who is familiar with the care-giving progress can be invaluable if you’re in this situation.

During our coaching sessions you will learn to re-connect with your own needs, feel that your story is heard and start taking action on areas of your life that could benefit your wellbeing (and thus the wellbeing of the person you are caring for).
